Something tells me. Theyre gonna get together or have mini fling/re-mingling before MC is gonna chase the ML back. ML is gonna ignore but keeps saving his ass. And then ex's bf gonna try something. And then MC & ML's love become stronger than ever.

Damn but part of me feels like next chapter going to be definitely angsty. Like enemies to lovers/friend thing. Or reencounter with ex. But she looked too spooked. Im scared if it would be an reencounter with an old bully or someone that caused tremendous trauma.
