For readers who aren’t really into yaoi, no smex might be fine. But as someone who enjoys seeing the main couple share more intimate moments, I prefer this.
In the novel, they only got to the penetration part at the very end of the side story. So including this in Chapter 64 is a decent addition.
This is a super slow-burn story. In the novel, the characters kissed around chapter 200+, had some frolicking around chapter 400+, and then penetration around chapter 600+. Not to mention, the novel is still ongoing with over 1000 chapters.

Like this buildup also just makes the most sense because Yuder & trauma. I love it. Its gonna take soo long for us to get there in the manga, tho- ughh. Its so fun & so painful at the same time.
