It'a basically a book cover. Single illustrations are usually of higher quality to a comic if only because comics are in a certain style. So that they can be made as quickly as possible or as quickly as they can to have a scheduled update ready.
The artist has to be able to post quickly but make the panels good. Most likely they took more time on the cover to make the series look good since they don’t have the time to make the art that way every single pannel since they need to update quickly.
Why's everyone soo freaking obsessed about how he feels when he plays the game.. like, can't they understand people play games just for fun and if there's something more, it's up to the person who plays to decide it.. but majority of people push him to join a more talented team and they just don't understands that those things stressed him out..

while i was watching the anime i was like.. who's that guy?? he's always there but like what?? i didn't see him on manga but after these last few chapters i realized that he's one of the characters that have a story too.. i never know his name until recently though
