It’s understandable why Jina is doing what’s she’s doing to sijun because he literally lead her on the whole time they were dating and when she was asking if it was her fault he really didn’t clear anything up, and sure he was saying she wasn’t but he did it in such an asshole of a way where it left her questioning if it really was her, so of course with that she’s gonna think she’s the problem and that something is wrong with her but there’s also a point where she has to realize that she wasn’t and needs to move on.
They are both in the wrong yes but I also feel as though they haven’t really approached their subject of their relationship head on, Jina is using the hurt and pain sijun caused her to get what she wants but also, without realizing it herself, is causing more harm to herself in the long run. Sijun was an asshole for doing that to her and it’s good to see that he accepted it and is trying to help her but he’s also causing more harm too by not telling her what really happened or even started to explain himself which is making everything much worse because he’s giving her hope that there’s a chance of them being together and with her mentality right now she’s gonna break to the point where she can end up doing something that she’s gonna regret later on.
I don’t hate her, I think she’s actually a great character honestly because she’s giving a realistic reaction to everything and I think people need to see that. but I think she needs to realize that she has to move on and find herself.
I agree with you, but I don't think he's currently doing anything to give her false hope. I don't agree with her actions, but I can empathize with her, because I've been in a relationship where I was lied to, and that really messes with your trust and confidence. I can empathize with him too on some level, but it really comes across in the flashback when he agrees to date her that he doesn't care how she feels.
