I really wanted her to end up with dowun in the beginning but as it progressed, I realized how toxic he was towards her at the start. Since he promised her that crown and a light to the end of her tunnel, she allowed herself to become a pawn and it really traumatized her?? After giving up on all hope that someone would show her some affection or human decency without some kind of catch, 2nd lead comes in and sweeps her off her feet and actually gives her what she’s been looking for so many years. But??? now dowun is starting to show his affectionate side but in the most prickly way ever (slight character development but still development)... and she’s taking notice but still not caving in...it used to seem so obvious who she’d end up with but the progression of this story rlly has me on my toes!!!
I'm pretty sure she would just choose Dowun though. No matter what the relationship is, its most likely to be Dowun but I'm not really sure.
but like why? just because he’s showing her the slightest bit of affection doesn’t really excuse any of his actions or mean much and so far it seems just more like he sees her like an object and that’s why he gets mad that someone’s trying covet what’s his. After everything he did, she should end up with someone that isn’t toxic or emotional abusive and will genuinely love and care for her regardless if Dowun gets a redemption arc.
