I think you should be able to scroll down to where 다른 결제 수단 which is selected. Under it says 신용카드, click on it to expand it and there's an option for paypal or
해외 신용카드, which means foreign credit cards. When you go to pay, there'll be a pop up window but just wait for it to load completely and in the top right will be an option for english
