i read the novel and in the novel it WAS a game, she was not from this world, and she chose not to go home to her previous world where her body has like stomach cancer i believe and is dying in the hospital, and i believe chose to use her winning prize to save callisto from dying after defeating the fake daughter (who died as a child and whose body was possessed by the evil magic lady i dont remember their name tho lol) and stays with him in their world and they eventually get engaged.

Mc ends up with that mf haeyeong . None of them died.None of them got karma. The Mc did tried to kill himself but failed. He tried to run away many times too but also failed.And the Mc life even got worse his hearing, eyesight, ankles, skin, heath, metal health alll DESTROYED..and I think he developed stockholm syndrome..
