Kyungbin probably noticed Ian has a fever right away cause he's used to caring for his lil bro who's very often sick :') He's good at picking up on these things cause of experience and I have a lot of feelings about that.
Him also immediately but subtly getting between the two tho. That felt very much like he was trying to create distance so Yugun wouldn't catch the cold. They have a very cute sibling relationship.
