I read the theory but it's just a fandom theory. There's nothing in the canon history about your THEORY of Sebastian eating "real Ciel"'s soul. There's any proof of this, neither it's mentioned by any character at all. You are just wrong.

And I don't think the mangaka would make mistakes(proofs) while drawing this well planned manga. So I believe the twin is there but is never mentioned because it's the biggest secret in the manga.
