as stupid as this sounds I just can't bring myself to absolutely fucking despise do-hyeok. How he communicates and expresses himself are so infuriating but at the end of the day, I don't even get mad, just disappointed. He's gone for so long treating others like total shit so he has 0 clue on how to actually behave when someone is being partial to him. I know this doesn't excuse anything he's done, but the world around him really hasn't helped with his character either. I just really pity him. I'm only hoping he actually looks past his stubborn pride and actually admits how he feels once and for all... This manwha is making me feel weird for such an annoying and hateable character oml
yk i was okay with the whole plot progression up until now cause we already established hyo-un isn't necessarily a human therefore his growth and development process surely can't be the same either. HOWEVER,,, with this new chap it really has gotten hard to defend this whole thing cause it's actually weird.. you really can't argue his age here cause he's clearly immature for his body stature.. so the whole thing is just.. really odd now
Human age doesn't matter. He is developmentally a "newborn" in dragon age. Imagine u adopt a puppy. At 8-9 months, it starts humping your leg. Now, that dog is adult in dog terms, but it still doesn't make it okay. Same thing here, Hyoun make look like an adult human, but he/it is a "newborn" dragon according to other spirits, and Taehyuk has raised it since it was a youngling. It doesn't matter how Hyoun sees him, Taehyuk never saw him as a lover-material. More like a son or a pet he was responsible for.
it doesn't really matter how hyo-un saw him. What matters is the fact that taehyuk saw him as a child he was raising and taking care of. Taehyuk himself has never harbored any other feeling other than a variant of familial love and care for hyo-un. So even if hyo-un himself isn't looking at taehyuk that way, it's undeniable that taehyuk raised him in a sense. It's also true that their maturity levels (despite supernatural age or whatever) are inherently very different. That's all my argument is. Though to be fair, at the end of the day, this is story is purely fiction. I'm just looking at it through another way since I have mixed feelings lol
HE LEGIT SAID "the photos WE took" BRO HE DEFINITELY KNOWS??? HOW DID HAKYUNG NOT CATCH THAT
If only OP!!! I wish!!! Heheh sadly… The original Korean line is “이렇게 많이 찍었었나.” Which doesn’t indicate any person specifically who took the photos. It’s just saying along the vibes of “this many pictures were taken huh?” So the “we” in the official translation is probably the general we as in the family or himself or grandpa etc.
Sadly it doesn’t mean the same as “WE took”
If only…. Sigh…
A little spoiler if I get the translation from the novel right(honestly used google translate here so I can't say I'm 100% correct. Here's hoping that they would release an official english translation. I don't mind spending more for this cos it's really worth it)..

Anyway here it goes, you're kinda right when you said "he knows".. at some point Yoonsung has an idea that it was Hakyung but not 100% proven. You know that thing that he was convinced that Hakyung is the other person given his reaction when they met again but still has yet to remember anything happened between them during those days. It's instilled in him that it's Hakyung all along no one can change that but their story is what he can't remember.
I'm going to break a window or kill someone YOU MEAN ILL BE WAITING A WHILE TO CONTINUE THEIR NEW DYNAMIC???? I CAN'T WAIT IM SO UNSERIOUS
PSA: I'm totally fine waiting cause I respect the author but MAN. This is such a well written and intriguing story. I'm gonna miss it so much in the next few months
what past plot? what bad treatment and extortion of my feelings? what lies and deception? baby, that's all in the past let's talk about now and these desserts and open communication
