so at the beginning we have fengfeng and yiyi who both wanted to do surrogate at the same hospital. but fengfeng's fam situation is shitty, they won't let feng have his baby easily.

so, feng and secretary decided to swipe feng&yiyi's sperm believing that his son would be saver if it's on another hand that time, moreover out from the surrogate lists, feng and yiyi came from the same country so it'll be easier to look out for the baby and so they keep yiyi's sperm into a spermbank and let yiyi proceed the surrogate without knowing anything behind.

but years later, secretary told fengfeng that yiyi's sperm had been stolen (and i guess, it's the grey haired aunty doing because it's implied on the latest chapter and with her family view of first line of heirs, she did it. also maybe she thought because feng is the one who keep the sperm it's his but little she knows that feng already exchanged it)

and with rourou's dream of meeting a new little duck i think it's foreshadowing how rourou will have a new sibling (the yiyi's sperm baby)
