Yall I'm a lil concerned now. They're political rivals now right? Like all their yakuza colleagues don't want them tgt. How will they navigate a forbidden relationship in such a world? Realistically, they're not gonna get married, so what would be like the epitome of their relationship? What would that look like?
This is not even considering the existing internal conflicts between them. ( ̄へ ̄)
You know, not everyone is lucky to have a good mother.Tbh it's still hard for me to understand Ukie's feelings for Waki as a mother. She's clearly not affectionate, but I do think she cares a little. At least enough to feel some guilt.
I was so glad Yoshirou's mom is really sweet and accepting. Bless her! Bless them!
True true it was very challenging for me too to understand the way Ukie-san treats Waki-kun especially when he was just a child. Also the way she just brushes off Waki-kun's efforts to have her involved in his life like when he introduced Kami-san or the past gf in the flashback is just frustrating. If I was her child I definitely wouldn't grow up as good nature like Waki-kun and I might have held a grudge but that's just me and my opinions. And this might come off as being immature but eh
I'm getting the sense that Suo is not totally an innocent puppy semester and actually knows more than he let's on..
That would be a hot twist ngl
