Hi guys! Can someone help me find an ongoing shounen ai manga about people who can change into dragon and let their partner ride them. The people change into dragon by kissing their partner. There is a little kid with a dragon tail that is waiting for the day he will turn into a dragon. One day he saved a guy dropped from the sky who can transform into a huge sky (not very sure about this) dragon.

Any suggestions for a gothic shounen ai or major bromance manga??? Something like undertaker riddle,count cain,black butler,gorgeous charat. Help please!!!
