can anyone recommend me some shoujo manga were the second guy wins, you know the one thats probably better for the main character but for some reason the author has to follow the same rule of the first guy she meets means they have to be together. so i'd love it if someone could recommend a manga were the second guy ends up with the girl.

I'm looking for a manga, that I can't find. I think it was either yaoi or shounen ai. It was about a high school guy that woke up and had changed, but not all at once, he didn't need glasses anymore for example, and the sun seemed to bother him. Then two guys come after him claiming to want his heart (to eat, not romantically) and they were apart of a race of immortal/supernatural beings.

a yaoi where the uke faints or drowns in the bath and the seme helps him or vice versa?
