That was the illness talking it will ruin your mind, telling you what you want eventually you will fed up by it and will cause your "attack"

2. Chowon is already on the road "to be better" since mental illness cant be cured it will always be there you will never know when or how it will affect you.

3. Chowon is still obsessed with dojun. That's was his mind telling him because you cannot change easily of what you always know. And it was said in other chapter that how dominant you are the higher your obsessiveness is. You cannot say oh they already divorce for years , man wtf it is different for every patient of how they will recovered its like some people can move on after break up and others cant

4.It's effective if your partner knows your illness . In the case of chowon and kyung soo , kyung soo knows the attitude of chowon but not his mental state , that is why he reacted to that . But the doctor who was appointed to me said to my partner that never take it to the heart of what i will say whenever i have an "attack" and yes it will not easy since kyung soo probably hear more hutful words from chowon.That is why Kyung soo will really play a big role for the recovery of chowon.

5. I will say that chowon is strong yeah its bad of what he did to others but if i am in his position i already tried to kill myself already. Imagine your partner whom you love and know he loves you back is not true. And his obsession from his genes also trigger.
