Can you explain why chanwoo is shallow? Also, what do you mean he's leading MD on? If I recall correctly, they both agreed that there will be no strings attached between them and that work will remain work. MD was the one who mixed his personal feelings with their plays. Chanwoo rejected him and there's no problem with that since he is not obligated to date him if he doesn't want to.

Chanwoo wasn't being rude tho. At least, not intentionally. In fact, he was actually being considerate about MD's feelings so he didn't want to make things/dating official with the other guy until he fix things up with MD and that's why he wanted to meet up. The other guy just insisted on coming with him (since he's a bitch who just used chanwoo to see MD again)

Second, there's nothing wrong tho if Chanwoo wants to keep both MD and a boyfriend. From the start, Md and Chanwoo agreed that tjeir bdsm play will be entirely work with no strings attached. That means their personal life and feelings should never be involved with their plays. He's not cornered at all he has a choice, walk out and give up MD completely or stay and endure. The fact that chanwoo had the audacity to ask MD to keep being his partner while he dated someone else. While knowing how they left things off.
