Masked Knight Will Never Deceive The Villainess
The Legendary Hero Is An Academy Honors Student
The author tends to over explain things that don't need explaining and completely drop the ball on other parts. Best example: they never explained AT ALL why he—the top scoring student—was put in the worst class and why the uber-skilled wind mage is also there. But they also tell us a ton of super simple exposition as if we can't infer things from the numerous, clear hints they gave and draw the conclusion ourselves.
Oh well. I'm starting to get pretty into the story tho. They finally told us why he is trying to get stronger (summary just said he went to the academy to get information, which he wouldn't need to surpass his old self to do) and gave a long-term threat for the story. Only took 20 chapters lol. Tbh, if I had started reading this a couple months ago, I would have dropped it.
Fun read but not top-tier :)
