theres only about 9 chapters so theres not much progress. I skimmed thru it.
the blonde guy (Male lead) asks to have dinner after she arrives. the mc (main character) thinks that he doesnt care for her because he didnt even greet her when she came to the estate. also a maid comes in and she says "welcome to the estate, hope you enjoy your stay here" basically saying that shes gonna leave soon so she should enjoy being here before she does. ofcourse the mc is shocked so she calls the main butler sebastian, and he says that he'll scold her properly. when it's time to eat dinner with the ml, he doesnt show up. she feels not cared for but then he shows up like 10 minutes late. while they eat, some maid/butler shows up and tells the ml that serena wishes to have dinner with him. the ml IS SO DENSE hes like oh maybe later. the fl is like FUCKKK SHIT SERENA IS GONNA KILL ME. and she runs away, the ml is confused as to why shes running away (stupid mf) and he chases her. the mc falls and she faints. while the ml carries her, serena comes up and she says oh I didnt know u were with ur fiancee I'm sorry (in like a really honest way, shes actually a pretty nice person). she goes back to her room but before she does she says let's meet up at the usual place and the ml is so happy. anyways while mc is sleeping, a random guy comes in to bed next to her.
in the morning she wakes up and questions life. the GUY HUGS HER SO TIGHT and so she slaps him. turns out the guy was the crown prince and he slept next go her thinking it was a pillow and also because ml told him that he could sleep wherever he wants.
the mc is like FUCK I SLAPPED A MEMBER OF THE ROYAL FAMILY HES GONNA SENTENCE ME TO DEATH. and shes like forgive me. but the prince is like why r u apologising? I should be, forgive me. then he says it's the first time a woman has ever slapped me wITH A SCARY LOOK ON HIS FACE AND THE MC IS LIKE WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS MOTHERFUCKER CRAZY
anyways , serena and the ml ARE HAVING A SWORD FIGHT AHAHHA. u might think they have an affair but they actually meet up every night to duel. the ml says that he doesnt know why she ran away and asks serena for advice. he says that hes gonna ask her straight up when she wakes up. but serena is like NO do u think shes gonna answer??? and hes like oh yea. then the prince comes to greet them and the ml notices his slapped cheek and asks what happened. and he stutters saying nothing but then he ends up telling everything. there was a loud scream after that. anyways after the ml finds out, he decides to send her 5 guards. THE MC ASKS 2 GUARDS TO HUG AS TIGHLY AS POSSIBLE SO THAT THEY KNOW HOW SHE FELT (FUCKING SAVAGEEEE). ml feels guilty because he promised the dad he would make her happy. the main butler is called and he tells the ml that the 1 day shes been in the estate, 2 maids insulted her, and a random guy slept next to her. he felt really guilty and asked the butler what he thinks would make her happy, and the butler says that he should send a gift. he orders the best jewels but the butler says hes gonna come out as a rich asshole instead of just an asshole. so the ml is like OH YEA ILL HAND IT TO HER PERSONALLY and the butler is like nO that's too much! imagine a rich asshole giving u jewels u cant reject it. so then the ml thinks really hard, the butler wants him to give her a bouquet of flowers and tries hinting but the ml is so dense
