Lmao so they never cleared the misunderstanding omg (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Nadeth December 2, 2024 10:51 am

I’m sorry the whole misunderstanding it’s the dumbest thing lmao. Unless the translation is off, I’m with Yeowoon here. It’s true he has a tendency to be dense around others but Jigu is actually being really dumb assuming so much in his head. He’s writing a whole novel? I also would ignore his ass (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸

HONESTLY LMAOOOO I understood the misunderstandings at first but now it's just getting ridiculous

I had weird vibes about the father but also the way she was so focused on doing something for her family regardless of her actual happiness. Plus the intro seems like this might end in a tragedy. Let’s hope he just died of old age or something (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

They’re so disfuncional but also cute in a weird way. He’s definitely a walking red flag but I feel like being with her is the only thing keeping him from being more dangerous. She’s also surprisingly dense but yet also catches on very quickly when it comes to him. I just think because she’s young and with her personality, she’s not ready to look into her feelings yet. I do think she likes him though. Apart from Shouma who has a more brotherly relationship with her, I think Kirishima is the only man she trusts. She doesn’t even talk to her grandpa as much.

Also in regards to him sleeping around, he doesn’t really have any attachments to any of these people unless it’s her and it always seems to be getting info or they weren’t officially going out. Though since she’s still hasn’t confronted her feelings for him, it still feels like they’re not a real couple but yet they act like newlyweds lol.

I do think Yoshino cares about him and it’s just a lot slower at processing her feelings. When she properly address her feelings for him and returns them seriously (I think she will properly confess) he might just die lol. I also think she’s unconsciously afraid to get attached to him and then his feelings might change (get bored with her) and at first I had the same thought but I actually think he will never be high functioning normal person without her. He will always be a bit psycho but I genuinely think he will never get bored of her. He’s definitely a yandere type so it is dangerous for her in a way but he has said many times only she can handle him and I agree. She gets freaked out by him (with due cause) but she’s also a bit of a psycho herself. They have a great chemistry and understand very well what is like to live under a yakuza family.

I can’t wait to keep reading about them. There seems to be a big secret around that new guy with the mask and her father’s death. I wonder if he’s related to Kirishima or his family.

I might like this if it gets a little more interesting. Right now it seems stupid she wants a divorce. I get wanting to remove herself from the future plot but she could simply stay home for a while until people forget about her for a bit and just team up with the Duke. Instead she’s making things worse by trying to change the story with the evil reputation she has. I’m not sure what truly is her goal.

I enjoy this story quite a bit. The FL is probably one of my favorites in a long time. I’m just waiting for them to grow closer as a couple. They’re still a bit awkward around each other.

I’m so glad I waited for more chapters to come out but I’m stuck again in a cliffhanger I’m just glad Ruby was able to stand up to her brother and everyone saw just what a piece of hot garbage he has been to her. Izek is not only dreamy to look at but has stood by her even not having the full picture of what’s been going on. I just glad she finally accepted his love and hopefully can one day stop internalizing her pain. His sister also did a lot. Not only with their own childhood trauma but still trusting Ruby. This family is just full of trauma. I want them to be happy ヽ(`Д´)ノ

lol I don’t know what’s going to happen but I can tell nothing good. For the first time in a long time, I’m in support of the coup that’s happening in the background. This King absolutely deserves whatever terrible thing comes his way. I actually think he’s mentally unwell if he was that much of a demon as a child.

I still find it a bit weird how their kid doesn’t consider them his parents? Or doesn’t call them so? Same with MC? Does he consider him his child? Or just like an apprentice? They sometimes act like a family but not really if that makes any sense.

    DepressedMimi_ROO August 25, 2024 3:13 am

Yeah it feels a little uncomfortable as if there's the lack of love and affection one should have for their child like you can feel a weird distance that shouldn't be there

I think they both probably view him more as an apprentice by the way they treat him but it's surprising on Minhwan's part due to how much he wanted the baby like I thought he was going to be one of those parents that spoil their kids and are protective of them but ig in the end the reason he wanted the baby so bad was for a physical connection between him and the master?

    Bishalovesyaoi August 25, 2024 7:13 am

I think maybe he looks at his parents as more teachers than friends. Most children want their parents to be their friends. But since he was a baby his fathers always trained him and it doesn't mean they care less about him. Actually in my country, we think about our parents as first teachers. So maybe that's kind of relationship author is trying to show. (This is my opinion)

Yeah that’s an interesting idea. I also assumed because Minhwan fought so hard to have the baby that he would have more parental instincts (he does still in a way) but it feels off. It could be a cultural aspect of the cultivation setting but I’m a bit disappointed they don’t act more like family.

    Mwahaminimi August 25, 2024 12:55 pm

Look, it's where respect lies. In ancient times, masters and desciples were closer than parents. You respected your parents but in the end, your master is whom raises you from the bottom up.

Its not weird! The family love each other very very much and the parents love and discipline their child all the same.
Minhwan is the one who trained the boy and trains him every day, just because he's his kid doesnt mean he will go soft on his training. But Minhwan still worries for his wellbeing and his feelings.

When ever the kid is sad, his parents hold him and comfort him.

Just because it's a different dynamic or however they call teach other doesn't make it any different from other families based on their behavior. Quit trying to imposing your beliefs on other family and people. Just because you were raised calling your parents that doesn't mean it's the way it's SUPPOSED to be. #-.-)

Ok this memory loss arc is being handled a lot better than I thought because those two are still very much cute and hot with each other ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
