Society alwqys likes to put all the blame on the women in these situations, that girl isn't the one who made any promises to anyone. The MEN promised things to THEIR wives and failed to keep those promises. Not saying she is 100% innocent good guy, but she didn't put any rings on any fingers. Blame the men for wrecking their own homes. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

If I hadn't read this reply of yours, I would have misunderstood your comment and thought that you meant, that she is innocent.

The whole blame, of course, is not entirely on her but also on those men, but she is pursuing people who are already in a relationship, which isn't really giving any good points.

Oh yeah sure, but the only thing that differentiates the amount of blame bother parties have, relies purely on the situation it happens.

In this case she knows, that these men have wife's, girlfriends etc and still pursues and flirts with them. These men also give in to temptation and do nothing against her advances.

In the cases here, the men take most of the blame, and I just wanna make sure that you know, that she isn't all innocent. She may not be to blame entirely for all this, but she did made advances while knowing the situation of the other person.

Oh yeah I know she isn't a saint, but who is? And I just meant more in every day life, women get a lot of the blame for things men do. Like a son kills and they blame the mom. Or a man rapes and they blame the victim. A husband cheats and they blame the mistress. Just in general it's a vicious cycle and even in this case of this story there is more emphasis put on the girl vs. girl plotline and the trash men just feel sort of like an afterhtought to the plot. So while I don't think she is innocent by any means, I just don't want to fall into the cycle of being quick to label her a homewrecking slut (escpecially because she is kinda slut shamed for sleeping with men while the MC wouldn't) when I don't see any comments about all of these cheating men who are supposedly the focus of this story.

But yeah I've also seen almost no one mentioning the men. And yes, it is truly focused on the girl vs girl fight. I fully agree with you on that.

Oh and someone mentioned somewhere before in time, that the title isn't translated correctly. It isn't "cheating mrn must die" But something along the lines of "all scum must die".

Not sure but I think it's what the duchess wants... and since the mc wants to change something in their contract, she will do anything to be an arabella so that she could request to change their contract after.

In the beginning she asked the duchess to adopt her. In exchange she would bring prestige by becoming the Arabella. There was also another part where she wanted to change the contract so that they become real family
