I rly thought i wasnt gonna like this since teacher/student relationships rly tick me off but goddamn this did not disappoint; the beginning chapters lowkey threw me off guard bec of the kidnapping shit but the rest of the chapters really made up for it. I found myself frustrated with cheng mu a lotta times but there was always a reason to why he acted like that and i love that. The beginning of their relationship wasnt super realistic but, in a way, it also is; starting relationships dont always go so smoothly and this story captured it. I love how almost all characters are important and how each one of them are essential to the story.
