The pilot was rushed, most adaptations do that I've noticed. Read the original, the pacing is better.
It has 7 chapters and I dropped it after the first...
The sheer amount of brainlessness in this manga made me lose hope... And I usually adore non-harem/ecchi isekai...

The death mage who doesn't want a fourth time, is an ok/good read
Tensei shitara dragon no tamago Datta, unique and very interesting, I like it
Handyman saitou in another world, is another fresh and interesting take on the isekai genre
Mofumofu to isekai slow life o mezashimasu, is a good read
World customise creator, is ok but the art is not my thing... Still, good enough
Kumo desu ga, Nani Ka?, Very good, it's getting an anime as well
Yakuza reincarnation, old Yakuza guy becomes princess on the run... Hilarious
Blood lad, is another "technically an isekai", but I care not, cause it is awesome
Tanaka the wizard, is, uhhh, ok, kinda weird sometimes but eh, worth the read
Sengoku komachi kuro tan, is reincarnation rather than isekai, but definitely give it a try
Tensei shitara slime Datta ken, obviously
Hai to gensou no grimgar, is one of my favourites, too bad the manga is not available online... Well, there's an anime and you can try the light novel

The tone is... Frankly, all over the place... It flips from mature to naive all the time... The lack of research and thoughtlessness on the part of the author become apparent at times...
A great read to be sure, I'm moved to see the series come to an end...
