In my case I do it because I actually wanna know their thoughts on some manhwas/mangas/manhuas that I wanna read or that I'm reading if they have the same opinion that can encourage me to read them or not etc..
I don't consider it stalking because I don't judge them nor insult them through comments.... we all have different tastes and opinions and ......
