This was so good!! There was a plot (lol) with no overdone cliches and tropes, a proper backstory, screentime for the parents and no use of girl plot devices. And also- beautiful art!!!

This manga is beautiful. Usually bittersweet stories or tragedies bring tears to my eyes, but this story was so sweet and had so many feels i... (/^o^)/
Hopefully the sequel will be all fluff no drama and the two find themselves far away from the toxic household
Waiting for the conclusion to form an opinion, but I'm not sure I'd be swayed into liking this manga as much as I thought I would in the beginning. The homophobia, the victim playing friends, glossed over pedophilia, the overlooked suicide attempt, shallow apologies, the fujoshi 'struggle', "be a man", and the last kiss are really racking up the cons list.
Besides this however, thank you too the translator for working on this manga- i like the art! Also thank you for the novel snippets, it does help give a little more background to the manga.
Overall, I have a lot of mixed feelings for this manga but I do look forward to the next chapter.
