Well, im shitting my pants, next ch its gonna be the SNK bassement chapter (if you know what I mean). Im so scared I don't want Doha to be a bad guy (a really bad guy).

Red head its about to spill the teaaaaa.

I want to know so bad why glasse's erased the tapes and was playing dumb all this time. I have to theories:

1. Just one person can escape the game after achieving everything (like the one who achieves the last mission automatically escapes) and then it resets, so glasses wants Bada to do all the hard work and then steal it in the final turn.

2. Doha was someway involved in all that chaos of Bada loosing his memory and all (but it doesn't make sense why glasses don't wakes redhead and all the rest that we already know)

Last but not least. The posibility of all of them being playable characters is getting more and more real.
We have 4 tape players (3 from the maps and 1 fron the car)
And they are about to unlock the fourth place, where there might be another tape player
They are 6, and 4 had awaken (Doha being the only "anomaly") and we know blue hair guy can awake too, but they didn't try to find his tape (if he has one).
Please correct me here if im wrong, I always get lost on the places they visit

Bada reacting calmly like that its what makes him such a good character (and consistent, if he had had reacted like some "shocked-crying-baby" it would have been just to feed the uke stereotype, its not "blind trust" or "brainwash", he literally kills and gets killed every fucking day with Doha, its just common sense it doesn't affect him anymore.

Plus, he kinda gets now that Doha its rebellious, but he has him in the palm of his hand too.

Its funny cuz Doha's explanation makes sense for Bada but not for readhead, because redhead didn't conceive the idea of killing or going againt the other guys.
I love Doha "telling the truth", but even though what he said makes sense we also feel that its just a half-truth.

Im more anxious than ever for next ch

OMG I WAS RIGHTTTTT AND THERE'S MORE. (I don't know how to see my previous comments on old chapters, but I will continue).

Well, well, well... I was fucking right with being one tape for each character, and their personalities reflecting on the drawings in the tapes.

Im very worried about our lovebirds Bada and Doha. Mostly for Doha, cuz what im about to say right now will left him in a really bad position.

Here I go...
Well, now we know that if you stop the tape, or you take it out of the tapeplayer, in the next session, the character who that tape belonged, will not remember anything and will turn to an npc.

The weird thing is, redhead remembered everything when they replayed his tape... strange.. right?
THIS IS NOT CANNON but, what I roughly know about tapes and tapeplayers, is that there are buttons for play, stop, record, rewind and ERASE.
Bada till now only played or stopped them, but nothing more.

So, following this rules, it would make sense to think someone erased Bada's memories and when he restarted he thought he was playing alone.

So what im theorizing is that, redhead, glasses and Bada were a team, Bada started alone and discovered little by little how to "awake" the rest of his partners.
They played together and acomplished a lot of missions. BUT something went wrong.
Redhead and glasses said in the present that Doha is a dangerous guy, but we don't know exactly what happened yet. If they say it because of his "peculiar" personality and ways of solving things, or if they actually interacted with the "awaken" Doha.

What we know is that if Doha had any memories before, if he was a playable character like redhead, galsses and Bada, then someone ERASED his memories, because, when Bada awoke him at the begging of the story, he genuenly didn't remember anything, and we confirm it with the conversation he has with glasses a few chapters ago.

So something happened between the four of them... someone started to mess with the tapes. Redhead said that for a long time, Bada's memory was fuzzy so glasses and redhead played alone

But at one point, one or more of them, messed up the tapes and they ended like this, when the story in the present starts:

-Bada:
Tape: common grey (?
Memory erased: Yes.
Tape status: playing

-Doha:
Tape: black
Memory erased: Yes.
Tape status: stopped (until Bada or someone plays it at the begging of the story, and then Doha keeps played his own tape, so now he remembers the present things he lived with Bada)

-Redhead:
Tape: Smiley faces and word "end"
Memory erased: No
Tape status: stopped (until Bada played it two chapter ago)

-Glasses:
Tape: car tape
Memory erased: im not sure, I would say no
Tape status: stopped

So im sure there was an incident between the four (even the six) of them, and that was the result. Im afraid that maybe Doha was a really bad guy, and we can consider the posibility of Bada being the one who erased Doha's memories (this is my dramatic doomed yaoi parasite taking wild guesses though). Or maybe Doha erasing Bada's memory and someone else "avanged" him by erasing Doha's.

Tell me what you think in the comments, Im excited, maybe one of you remembers more details (I just read the story one time and im following the updates)

We have to find out if there really are six of them, or if someone its actually an npc

This is by far one of the best written BL's with plot.

I saw a lot of comments saying its boring or they had to drop it. I don't really know if basic roles and plots with lot of smut had rotten our brains.
So now people can't stand or follow a good plot and some complex characters or what? I savoured every chapter so fast!
On top of that, this has one of the best written bottoms, he is NOT a damsel in distress, he is OBSESSED with ML and have complex emotions and intern dialogues (oh she's so crazy

Im really confused... like, I rlly liked the beggining of the story, it was a bit of a surprise when they started showing this dark AND VIOLENT side of Sukyung, I was fine with it cuz I thought they were gonna make him reflect and learn from it. It was really cool, since Yoonseol had one of the best character developement arcs, even readers love him more that the MC's (that includes me, Yoonseol the GOAT) and Junsoo too
I thought wo in would learn smth and not reinforce the codependence and justifying it by "hes the only one who was there for me".
I thought he was gonna make ammends with Jun AND TALK, learn he has other people he can depend on, even though they had conflict in the past AND FAMILY.
Like I mean, the conflict between Yoonseol and Sukyung was resolved, and it was pretty fine. I thought, oh, this is the other face of the coin, they are gonna make up too, and it will serve to Sukyung as a lesson.
After the abuse scene (yes, your bf can abuse of you, because even if hes your bf, he MUST respect your desires) I even thought things were going to get serious, when the models saw the bruises, WO IN SAID IT WAS NOTHING HE LITERALLY WAS UNDER AN EPISODE OF VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WTF?!?! And I was really really hoping for Jungsoo and Yoonseol to see it. Im 100% sure they would have done something about it.
Im really confused why author did that, I don't know why to left all those hints if youre not going to do anything about it... (im an author too, and believe me when I say ANYTHING ITS PUT JUST BECAUSE, SPECIALLY IN COMICS), and with "not do anything about it" I mean, we can clearly see this is not a story that prommotes toxic dynamics as if it were a "normal thing" (like other authors or works like Jinx, POTN, etc etc. Im not saying it as a critic, its just how the author makes the rules for each work) all the other things and specially Yoonseol and Jungsoo relationship was developed in a realistic and healthy way.

In conclussion, we were blaming all in the troublemaker Yoonseol, like he was a wolf, when the real wolf was Sukyung...
This was the perfect example of a wolf in sheeps clothing. Yoonseol was right all along, but I don't get why the author didn't emphazise on this if it was the purpose of it, like a "happy?" ending.

First, I just got to the 4yrs timeskip and im currently at the grape scene, and I can't stop crying. Mc litterally broke my guy. I just can't stand him, he has such a victim complex, he litterally ruined the best opportunity of his life and he hurted the person that loved him and saw him as an equal.
Of course he had a really bad time with his father and all, but you can't hurt others in such a cruel way because of that. I mean, he got worried for him, he INDEBTED HIMSELF FOR HIM, HE BOUGHT HIM A PUPPY AND TOLD HIM EVERYTHING HE WAS EMBARASSED.
He may be rich (in fact, he wasn't, he just got lucky his sister kinda loved him), but he had a really hard time too. It makes me so sad, they broke him. I see the rage in his eyes now, and I cannot blame him, it makes me so sad.
I want this to be a happy ending just for him :(. I would have liked if he ended with a guy that truly love and appreciate him. I really don't get people in the comments saying "oh ML have a redeption arc, karma, I want revenge on him" I WANT REVENGE ON THE MC. I WANT HIM TO APOLOGIZE AND STOP BEING SUCH A PITIFUL VICTIM SHIT. MC IS THE ONE WHO NEEDS A REDEPTION ARC.
I want ML to have his revenge, but I know it will only hurt him, because he never stopped loving MC. And he just started to fuck up... :( I feel so bad

I swear I never write here. But with this I must to. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST MANWHAS I HAVE READ IN A LONG TIME (and I read a lot). My intention is not being disrespectful, but PAINTER OF THE NIGHT ITS NOTHING COMPARED TO THIS. For the ones that says he is identycal to seunghoo, I mean, yes, but HE'S SUCH A BETTER CHARACTER, Im not talking about the personality, im talking about how rich and coherent it is, you can say "of course he would do that" hes so well written, and has such good lore, the universe its so well written too! THE BROTHERS UGHHH I LOVE THEM AND THEY ARE SO IMPORTANT FOR THE STORY. I love every character LETS TALK ABOUT LEE NOK (the prince) HE LEAVES NAKYUM ON THE GROUND. HES NOT A BABY, HE HAS CHARACTER, HE TAAAAALKSSSS AND SAID NO WHEN HE HAS TO, TO JAE SHIN. They have such a wonderfull dynamic. What I like the most its that there's not this horrible power-relationship, where the bottom its weak and literally about to die and has to put up with the top even though he doesn't want to, (we have that in this story too, but its WELL WRITTEN and we have consecuences and rebelious scenes for that). THEY BOTH. NEED. EACH OTHER. And thats what makes it so gooood.
For the ones that says it has grape. Its time we understand that there are characters and universes in general that dont go with the "rules" of the XXI century. And sometimes (just like this case) they don't even follow human behaviour as its not something that its common on their world. Im not trying to justify anything, all im trying to say its that fiction has this things, and we can't say a work is bad just because of something that has coherence and its explained on the plot.
We almost have none stupid misunderstandings (or they are realistic, they solve it up quickly).
I even like the villain, she has such a good background, she's so bad. I love every character.
So PLEASE if you say "oh this is a copy of POTN, I wont read it" ITS NOT. ITS SO. MUCH. BETTER. And im just comparing to POTN since they look alike and I saw a few comments dropping it because of that. THIS IS A JEWEL. THIS IS GOLD. AND THE ART ITS GORGEOUS TOO. DONT. MISS. THIS. WORK. Holy shit.
