This is by far one of the best written BL's with plot.

I saw a lot of comments saying its boring or they had to drop it. I don't really know if basic roles and plots with lot of smut had rotten our brains.
So now people can't stand or follow a good plot and some complex characters or what? I savoured every chapter so fast!
On top of that, this has one of the best written bottoms, he is NOT a damsel in distress, he is OBSESSED with ML and have complex emotions and intern dialogues (oh she's so crazy

Hey guys, can we talk about the domestic violence Wo in is living and NOBODY IS SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT IT?
Im really confused... like, I rlly liked the beggining of the story, it was a bit of a surprise when they started showing this dark AND VIOLENT side of Sukyung, I was fine with it cuz I thought they were gonna make him reflect and learn from it. It was really cool, since Yoonseol had one of the best character developement arcs, even readers love him more that the MC's (that includes me, Yoonseol the GOAT) and Junsoo too
I thought wo in would learn smth and not reinforce the codependence and justifying it by "hes the only one who was there for me".
I thought he was gonna make ammends with Jun AND TALK, learn he has other people he can depend on, even though they had conflict in the past AND FAMILY.
Like I mean, the conflict between Yoonseol and Sukyung was resolved, and it was pretty fine. I thought, oh, this is the other face of the coin, they are gonna make up too, and it will serve to Sukyung as a lesson.
After the abuse scene (yes, your bf can abuse of you, because even if hes your bf, he MUST respect your desires) I even thought things were going to get serious, when the models saw the bruises, WO IN SAID IT WAS NOTHING HE LITERALLY WAS UNDER AN EPISODE OF VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WTF?!?! And I was really really hoping for Jungsoo and Yoonseol to see it. Im 100% sure they would have done something about it.
Im really confused why author did that, I don't know why to left all those hints if youre not going to do anything about it... (im an author too, and believe me when I say ANYTHING ITS PUT JUST BECAUSE, SPECIALLY IN COMICS), and with "not do anything about it" I mean, we can clearly see this is not a story that prommotes toxic dynamics as if it were a "normal thing" (like other authors or works like Jinx, POTN, etc etc. Im not saying it as a critic, its just how the author makes the rules for each work) all the other things and specially Yoonseol and Jungsoo relationship was developed in a realistic and healthy way.

In conclussion, we were blaming all in the troublemaker Yoonseol, like he was a wolf, when the real wolf was Sukyung...
This was the perfect example of a wolf in sheeps clothing. Yoonseol was right all along, but I don't get why the author didn't emphazise on this if it was the purpose of it, like a "happy?" ending.

First, I just got to the 4yrs timeskip and im currently at the grape scene, and I can't stop crying. Mc litterally broke my guy. I just can't stand him, he has such a victim complex, he litterally ruined the best opportunity of his life and he hurted the person that loved him and saw him as an equal.
Of course he had a really bad time with his father and all, but you can't hurt others in such a cruel way because of that. I mean, he got worried for him, he INDEBTED HIMSELF FOR HIM, HE BOUGHT HIM A PUPPY AND TOLD HIM EVERYTHING HE WAS EMBARASSED.
He may be rich (in fact, he wasn't, he just got lucky his sister kinda loved him), but he had a really hard time too. It makes me so sad, they broke him. I see the rage in his eyes now, and I cannot blame him, it makes me so sad.
I want this to be a happy ending just for him :(. I would have liked if he ended with a guy that truly love and appreciate him. I really don't get people in the comments saying "oh ML have a redeption arc, karma, I want revenge on him" I WANT REVENGE ON THE MC. I WANT HIM TO APOLOGIZE AND STOP BEING SUCH A PITIFUL VICTIM SHIT. MC IS THE ONE WHO NEEDS A REDEPTION ARC.
I want ML to have his revenge, but I know it will only hurt him, because he never stopped loving MC. And he just started to fuck up... :( I feel so bad

I swear I never write here. But with this I must to. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST MANWHAS I HAVE READ IN A LONG TIME (and I read a lot). My intention is not being disrespectful, but PAINTER OF THE NIGHT ITS NOTHING COMPARED TO THIS. For the ones that says he is identycal to seunghoo, I mean, yes, but HE'S SUCH A BETTER CHARACTER, Im not talking about the personality, im talking about how rich and coherent it is, you can say "of course he would do that" hes so well written, and has such good lore, the universe its so well written too! THE BROTHERS UGHHH I LOVE THEM AND THEY ARE SO IMPORTANT FOR THE STORY. I love every character LETS TALK ABOUT LEE NOK (the prince) HE LEAVES NAKYUM ON THE GROUND. HES NOT A BABY, HE HAS CHARACTER, HE TAAAAALKSSSS AND SAID NO WHEN HE HAS TO, TO JAE SHIN. They have such a wonderfull dynamic. What I like the most its that there's not this horrible power-relationship, where the bottom its weak and literally about to die and has to put up with the top even though he doesn't want to, (we have that in this story too, but its WELL WRITTEN and we have consecuences and rebelious scenes for that). THEY BOTH. NEED. EACH OTHER. And thats what makes it so gooood.
For the ones that says it has grape. Its time we understand that there are characters and universes in general that dont go with the "rules" of the XXI century. And sometimes (just like this case) they don't even follow human behaviour as its not something that its common on their world. Im not trying to justify anything, all im trying to say its that fiction has this things, and we can't say a work is bad just because of something that has coherence and its explained on the plot.
We almost have none stupid misunderstandings (or they are realistic, they solve it up quickly).
I even like the villain, she has such a good background, she's so bad. I love every character.
So PLEASE if you say "oh this is a copy of POTN, I wont read it" ITS NOT. ITS SO. MUCH. BETTER. And im just comparing to POTN since they look alike and I saw a few comments dropping it because of that. THIS IS A JEWEL. THIS IS GOLD. AND THE ART ITS GORGEOUS TOO. DONT. MISS. THIS. WORK. Holy shit.

They have so much chemistry, wtf with seungtaek, hes weird, a horny dog (in a bad way), and doesn't really care about Norman.
Im gonna be very sad if Minwoo (white hair beautiful guy) don't end up with Norman. AFTER ALL HE DID TO REEDEM HIMSELF, HOW HE TREATED NORMAN IN THE SWEETEST RESPECTABLE WAY IN BED, BEING CUTE, COOKING FOR HIM, CLEANING HIM UP AFTER HORNY DOG SEUNGTAEK CUM ALL OVER WITHOUT PERMISSION, MAKING MATCHING STICKERS, AND AFTER BEING REJECTED TWICE IN THE STORY. I mean. Hes the best of all, He really fell for Norman, WHY THE FUCK CAN'T HE HAVE HIS HAPPY ENDING?!?!?
Probably im gonna step out, for a few months till this ends. Can you please tell me if Norman and Minwoo end together, I will feel sad if Minwoo ends with anybody else, cuz he was just a gentleman and fell so hard for Norman, it hurts my heart.
