chop chop is an (originally) British/Chinese phrase that means hurry up or quickly. It’s does sound pretty odd to people who didn’t grow up hearing it though lol. I think it’s usually used to tell kids to hurry tf up in a polite way. So you don’t hear it as much as you get older
