Base on age difference, no they couldnt be. MC's parents dated for a long while before he was born and they were pretty young so the omega who gave birth to him would've to be a young teen or smth to have that girl

The MC is 30, and the ML is 28, they don't have much of an age difference. The girl couldn't be older than 24 while ML is 17 (and MC would be 19 in this context)
If his parents dated since they were young he couldn't have a first child with that much age difference w/o that being mentioned at all. Also he abandoned MC and his beta father bc he wanted a true love with an alpha and having the child w him would interfere w that. I mean you could say he had a previous relationship with another beta and also dropped the child on him as well but the probabilities are low

Koreans depend on the month and day could be automatically 1 or 2 years older than international age. So with that the pink haired girls korean "age" could be higher than it is meant to be. But even for me this seems like a stretch.
