I don't know if the manga follow the same scenario of the drama

In the drama :
- Kanata (the sister) is still alive, she's just faked her death
- Hinata got an accident & an amnesia (doesn't remember her own name) because of the story of sex between Kanata & Kouta
- Kanata & Kouto didn't sex together, only sleep in the same bed
- Kanata is the one who choose the name of Hinata
- Mika (the mistress) want to die and ask to Toru (the cheater) to die with her
- Mika & Toru seem definitively break up
- Mika go back at her home, she receives her favorite dish from her mom and she eats it alone in crying
- Kanata visits Hinata at hospital and help her to remember
- Kanata is still resentful toward to Hinata and left her, she will be not involve with Hinata anymore
- Hinata & Kouta finish together and got 2 daughters in few years later
- Kanata give to her nieces a flower crown like she did with Hinata when she was younger
There is difference between manga/drama :
- How Hinata know the story of sex between Kanata & Kouta : by letter from Kanata (in the manga) & by Kanata herself (in drama)
- Hinata wasn't pregant in the drama
