The manga Snow Fairy! It has such a beautiful premise (a city boy/wildlife photographer travels to catch a photo of a snow fairy, a countryside boy invites him to stay at his family home for the rest of his stay) and im a sucker for plots that take place during winter!!! This could easily be done in only 1 season with 7-10 eps too
