It falls under Drama/Horror/Psychological tag. Yes, it has two guys fucking in the story but that isn't all there is to it. So just to say it's a yaoi, that's on you. The sex between the two is more cruel and graphic than sex featured in traditional yaoi stories.

Killing Stalking isn’t your traditional yaoi, neither is Hogu Hagyeongsu or Killing lamb, but what are they? Let’s say it together, technically a yaoi.
