If so, I don't think any scans team has currently picked it up. The LINE Webtoon translations would be the only translations and fast pass episodes are usually not uploaded to illegitimate websites before they become free. In general you can look for this sort of information through Baka-Updates (mangaupdates.com). They include the list of names the story goes by, if there is any scan team translating, the status of the story in the original country (in this case the story is finished in South Korea), and the numbers of latest chapters that have been released in English (whether by the licensed medium or through unauthorized channels).
Also a webtoon is a type of medium just like a paper comic. I think people didn't answer you earlier cause they couldn't figure out what you were talking about. There's no such new Memorial webtoon in this site currently and if you have never used LINE Webtoon then you wouldn't know what a fast pass is.
