I KNEW IT!!! They purposely brought cookies that contains something the "real princess Luciencia" is allergic to, so when the fake princess does not react to it after eating, that just proves to them that she's fake. But then we have Lucien here trying out the cookies ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ and since she's the real princess she's allergic to it. Not sure if I'm spot on, but I'm guessing that's the reason why the marquis and felix got surprised coz Lucien reacted to something the Real Princess is allergic too.

OH SORRY I never thought of putting the SPOILER tag before it bc it's just my assumption ( ̄∇ ̄") oh well. Thanks for pointing that out.
SPOILER:
I think not in her first life but her current life, bc even tho she doesn't remember her past life she mentioned that it always happens,
that every time she reincarnates she wouldn't remember her life before the current one, but remembers all the other lives she lived when she reincarnated, tho she'll eventually remember it after quite some time.
And I think she really is the Princess in her current life, and maybe I thought that the Princess ran away, lived in the slums, drank beer which made her hair dark then passed out? on the street.
OR
MAYBE Lucien was already reincarnated at birth as the Princess and same thing happened she ran away, drank beer which made her hair dark, then passed out on the street which made her forget her memories since childhood, and thought she reincarnated right there on the street.
And it wouldn't make sense if she's the princess in her past life coz wouldn't that change her Physicality after being reincarnated in a different body? even tho she unconsciously remembers habits, retains talents like playing instruments, and her way of talking, you can't really pass your allergy in a different body just because you're allergic to something in your past life?
What if someone says that "maybe Lucien's body is the princess' body?" then wouldn't that be confusing coz she's the princess in her past life then died then came back to her own body??
aaaaaand it also doesn't add up if she's the Princess in her past life coz wouldn't that be like she reincarnated in the same timeline? and same body?? like what you die for if you're just gonna come back to the same place same time same body right??
So my final conclusion is Lucien is the Princess in her CURRENT life, maybe there's something that we're missing and she just lost her memories of being the Princess. I maybe wrong but those other theories above wouldn't make any sense than my conclusion here.

Even tho she seems pitiful with her current situation compared to Athanasia in the first timeline, I can't say they reversed positions coz Jeanette is still being treated nicely by everyone around her and like a cherry on top; she still gets to spend time with Claude.
And if you look properly on her definition of being "ALONE" I think is just pure selfishness coz if you think of Athy in the first timeline that's what you really call "ALONE" she can't even go near her own Father without being threatened, she doesn't have any friends and only Lily but even she can't do anything to save Athy.
So I think our Princess Jeanette here is much more fortunate than our FL, she got to live a lavish life in the first timeline and still got away from misfortune in the present timeline. She should be thankful no one is threatening her to be killed and still has friends she could rely on.
Sorry let's just have her get away with being pitiful and I don't hate her vice versa,
it's just FACTS.

It’s more like Jeanette is being used by everyone. Jeanette didn’t have any friends except the duke son. The duke that Jeanette is staying with is using her to get closer to Claude who isn’t even her real father. I pity Jeanette since she wanted to get closer to her father but Claude isn’t her father she been near her father the whole time. Athy in the first timeline had a shitty life and was even killed by her father while Athy in the present is trying to prevent being murdered by her father and she even made friends with the wizard and the duke son. So comparing present Jeanette and present Athy. Jeanette is more alone and pitiful then Athy. I still support Athy but i wish Jeanette can spend time with her real father ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Yeah she was being used but at least she never got her life threatened on both timelines, and in the first timeline even tho she is being used, she lived a happy life being accepted as the princess and the emperor's daughter (while the real daughter was shunned, even looked invincible to everyone on her debutante) I'm not even sure if Jeanette even defended her or even gave a little effort of sharing the privilege with her like the one Athy is doing right now (even tho she struggling to survive and knew Jeanette isn't Claude's daughter and even tho it hurts for her, she still allows Jeanette to be near them even scolded her dad for being cold to her) I hope Jeanette did that for Athy in the first timeline tho we are not sure what really happened yet.
Jeanette even married her "Prince" in the first timeline. And Ezekiel is not her only friend you forgot about Athy, even after their history together and Jeanette being the reason she was executed in the past she still became friends with Jeanette. But I understand why you pity her tho, I just can't empathize I don't know why .

The fact that we were waiting for this moment that we are officially gonna be meeting that spirit and those speech bubbles it's so creepy... the lights are out in my room coz I'm supposed to sleep after this why you gotta put the spirit's face in a close up with thos creepy eyes.
My heart literally jumped out of my chest, now I can't sleep .. I feel like someone is looking at me from behind Σ(っ°Д °;)っ

I KNEW IT you couldn't kill her!! And dang it Claude, I knew it you used dark magic like you would alcohol and beer when you want to forget. damn! ┗( T﹏T )┛
Maybe if Diana didn't die, Claude would still have his emotions and imagine how spoiled Athy would be (as if she's not spoiled now). (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ Athy really is the daughter of Diana and Claude, she has both personality and traits from them (being good in her studies coz wanted to be praised - like her dad, and being cheeky, fearless, stubborn like her mom) (▰˘◡˘▰).
Ahh~ Soul Cleansed.. I'm getting ready bc it feels like angst will come soon; it's too peaceful here folks

So by far this is how I understood the story:
We have Ikuro, Ranzo, Sachiko, and stupid Norihiko.
Ikuro our protagonist grew up neglected by his father and abused by his mother, his father was always spending his time in the "dungeon" where someone "like a mantis" or monster was kept being hidden; and his mother got sick in the head bc of that.
Fast forward in the present, mother died followed by the father. Now Ikuro discovers that "the monster" locked up in the hidden room behind their house is his older brother which he just found out he had one. This brother got everything in the inheritance left by their father (according to the will) and nothing was left for Ikuro.
Norihiko, this stupid fucker was a long time servant in the Tōma's house even before Ikuro was born. I don't know what's his deal but it seems like he also slept with Ikuro's mother before, and now he groomed Ikuro up to adulthood to be his "toilet" and plaything.
Norihiko basically manipulates Ikuro since Ikuro has somewhat experiences a not so happy childhood; traumatized by his mother so he is afraid of women, hates his family(and his brother more so), and he has daddy issues (like mental or something because of what he witnessed when he was a child).
So flashback to what really happened to Ranzō, so far what the story showed us was that Ranzō loved his brother Ikuro even before and that's the last memory he has before he went ill. He was choked to dead by Ikuro's mother (because of jealousy), but miraculously survived but his mentality remained as a child since then. He was unable to speak as he was locked up by the father after the incident (not sure if he was also molested by the father ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ ).
And for sure this is the reason why the father's will was to only give the inheritance to Ranzo and his children and nothing for Ikuro.
Now we are just waiting what will happen as Sachiko (Ikuro's arranged wife) decides to teach Ranzō to speak so he can aid Ikuro; bc as we can see Norihiko is basically ruining the Tōma family and having old boomers rape Ikuro and arrange everything in the company(not sure if he has grudges or what).
This is the first time that I was actually disgusted by the seme like dafuc dude just die and let Ikuro live happily ever after with Ranzō and Sachiko. #-.-)
It may seem confusing mostly for the last 3/4 chapter bc this is where the Doctor - Aaron actually assesses the situation b4 him and what he should do. I'm just a lil bit 2% confused, so I thought why not this is hot and deep *I know it sounds weird* , so I reread this from chapter 1 and oh boy the story and plot just flowed over me and everything is a million percent clear.
Bc sometimes there are laps in the updates, maybe some of you got confused whenever there's an update continuation from the previous one. Like the one when the doctor appeared up to this latest chapter but if you read it in one go it is not confusing and the plot is actually progressing better than we thought. So yeah I did not regret rereading this and will do so again once there are 5-10 more chapters. (● ̄(エ) ̄●)
