How is abortion a solution? She loves him, she loves the child. He loves her, he loves the child and is ready to leave if it puts them in danger. He’s not some trash mistreating her. He made questionable decisions and they’re trying to make it out in time. I find the concept of advising someone, especially adults, to have an abortion when they have a child they’re both looking forward to, simply appalling. Especially when we live in a society where you can adopt, foster or raise a child on your own. It’d be one thing if they didn’t want to parent the child or were still debating the idea, but they both want to have it and are eager to just get away. I’m not pretending that the choices made along the way are worth standing by, but doing all they can to deal with the consequences is simply the path they’re on.
And opinions change. She might be willing to stand by him now because he’s the one she’s seeing before her eyes and he’s the one she loves. However she can also decide to do things differently if their situation is still dire once the child is born. That’s something that does happen quite often. She can also choose to abort. That’s fine. It’s really the suggestion thrown out there as if it’s a natural decision to make that threw me off.
I can't blame the commoners for wanting her dead. She is a treat to their fight, whatever she is good or bad doesn't matter because she can used as a puppet by other nobles.
She isn't just herself, but a symbol of nobility. Having her gone is the best choice in a situation where other nobles are finding ways to regain their lost powers.

Your analysis is partially right but as you try to see the other side too much you’re failing to see the FL’s unfair torture being done in the name of “revolution”. It will only create a cycle that will eventually lead to their own demise as money, power, and glory isn’t just a matter that can control one specific side. Yes, the commoner girl wants to justify the hatred of his little brother towards the FL, but it's also a way to see how the FL was living the happiest moment of her life meanwhile commoners were slaughtered as animals just because they were asking to be considered as fellow human beings.
