No. She has had multiple pregnancies but it has led to only miscarriages or stillborn children.
What she desires is not even to be a "mother" but the birth of a "pure-blood" heir even if it is not by her.
That is why the King marrying Berta and Luis being the heir disgusts her not out of jealousy more anger that a "mixed blood" child will inherit the throne and "taint" their bloodline. She is a pure-blood supremacist.

The problem why she and the king can't have healthy children. Or why the fertility rate among the high-class nobles of their community is so low is due to continual inbreeding. Has made the chances of conception of healthy children very low.
The king had countless "pure-blood" concubines (encouraged and selected by the 1st queen) supplied to him over the years, yet none of them could produce an heir with him. Yet he sleeps with a "dirty blood" petrian Provencal girl a couple of times and it produces a mixed yet healthy child that will now be the heir.
