They call the other guy who was there "hero" (or hiro) and when i found it last time someone said the mangaka liked haikyuu, and so the characters resemble kageyama and hinata. Thank you so much! . . . . the kids knew each other when they were younger and the frail boy was forced to dress up as a girl and then they left and the other boy (who resembles kageyma slightly) got upset and also he wanted to become a doctor
