I just wanna say, skill ≠ strength
While she may be skilled with a sword, she may not have enough strength to do much damage, or shake off a heavy adult male. Also take the fact that she’s in a new body that likely has not done any strength training, and is also a commoner who doesn’t have the luxury of having a wide variety of food to supply nutrition.
