Because of how homogenous the manga/manhwa art style is, the only difference you can tell at first glance is a character's hair. If you have two leads with the same hair color, they might be confused as siblings (I read a straight manga, I forgot the name, about this married couple and they had the same colored hair and I kept thinking that they were siblings-)

you have to stop looking for yaoi!! and start looking for shounen ai!!

(the mc is a fan of the novel that has a sort of Edmond Dante's story plot. He ended in the novel and embark in a journey to make the outcasted protagonist of the novel become God).

The webtoon haven't caught up with the best part of the story. So I recc the novel which is also finished.
