I kinda feel bad for the two other kids who have bullying tendencies because they don't know how their actions impact others. They think that their behaviour is normal and face no consequences for their actions. It's learned behaviour from their trashy parents and they continue to mimic those narcissistic tendencies because they're essentially being encouraged to do so.

I don't think Yurae necessarily is weak-willed, but rather is the type that needs more time to process events and making decisions. She's just someone who's emotionally invested in her job because it's something she's passionate about and wants to succeed not only for the company, but for herself.
