Yes unfortunately most children would die after birth because of illness (vaccine made that disappear) or lack of proper care. If I remember correctly people would wait to be sure the baby would live before naming them. If they don't have a name, mother would not be as attached to their children and would be able to move on faster. It was really an other mindset and way of life. But they didn't have much choice, most people were poor and uneducated. I'm not saying parents didn't care, it was just harder for everyone.

( I actually only know that, because I read Desire me if you can which was finished a month ago, and now sometimes check when the next side story comes out.)
The problem with her side stories is, that they sometimes directly continue the mainstory.^^
For example Desire me if you can, luckily she released the first side story a week? after the main story finished, because that one actually made a much better end of the main story. There is still a much longer side story planned.
It's the same with Kiss me if you can, two of the side stories continue the main story.
Angel, the father of Keith is an dominant omega shared by 5 extreme alpha families.
The author planned Angel's story and stories for his 5 extreme alpha sons ( don't know if there are more children), which are all half siblings. So total 6 stories, like the Millers.
Dominant omegas are extremely rare, it's just the Miller got lucky with dominant omegas (Ashley got Connor, Bliss their youngest son is one and Grayson managed to get Dane lol).
The Miller novels probably came out faster, because Grayson's story was the first omegaverse story the author came up with, even if it took 10 years to release it.lol But it is also chronologically the last one. Nathaniel's story ( the eldes Miller son) actually should have come out last year, but is probably the next one she releases.

Angels story will be dark, I can't see it turn out any other way.
How interested I would be in the "Kiss me..." novels would largely depend on the characters (Hayden seems interesting). It would be difficult for me after having omegas like Josh and Dane (dominant) to go back to someone like Yeonwoo. Doesn't mean they need to be badass, but I didn't like the power imbalance in KML.
So far I liked the Millers much more than Keith, but the Millers are all crazy, they don't act like normal extreme alphas.^^ So their choice of partners is strange, too.lol

KML looks like that because of Keith's own personality, there is no problem (I mean in terms of expressing his feelings) very different from the Miller family. Keith acts more like an "toxic" alpha we anticipate one would be like in the main story (he goes through some changes later). And Yeonwoo is also more like a classical weaker omega, but he is also a bit toxic. At least that is my impression, possible that others see it differently. If you like those kind of characters and their drama, KML is really good at it.
When it came to their partners, the only problematic Miller so far was Dominic, but the gamma used and betrayed him. It doesn't make what he did less bad, but it's not like Ashley ("Juliette" he is male) was completly innocent.
The other Millers never forced or graped anyone so far, and they would never cheat on the person they decided on spending the rest of their live with...they would go for injections instead.... it's not just Chase.
The author concentrated more on the Millers so far, probably because Grayson's story was the first she came up with and Ashley is her favorite (pervert) chracter.lol
The next story is most likely "Run away if you can", because it was already delayed 1-2 times. It actually had a release date ~one year ago. Chrissy Jean ( KMIYC manhwa chapter 2, newspaper article, that's him) already had a short appearence in the epilogue of DMIYC. And there are already some spoilers about him. He is prosecutor, a beta, he is 180 cm tall and another promiscuous Miller partner ( like Josh and Dane). And he seems to have a partner.
Keith has a bad relationship with his alpha father, and I didn't get the impression that Keiht is close to his half siblings. Iirc the only one of his halfsiblings he interacted with so far was Hayden.
