i dont think u can call it romance because rather than wanting to date her its more like he wanna catch upto her..cuz shes super strong...and she was his childhood friend..ukuk but it might become a rom/com but i really like it none the less...and the female lead has a pretty good character..unlike other stories where once the ml gets strong the all mighty powerful fl becomes a damsel in distress...here she actually saves his ass every time...

Do you like martial arts themed series? Holyland is a really good seinen series, the portrayal is quite realistic. It starts w/ the MC being all weak & bullied, but then he started learning martial arts through reading books all by himself & pushing back against the bullies with his newfound strength. He slowly regained his place in society, aka his holyland. It has a little romance in it, but the main focus is the MC's character growth.

this one isnt a romance yet..its more the ml wanting to catch up to the fl...like shes super strong...and unlike other stories where the fl becomes a damsel in distress as soon as the ml gets OP...here the fl saves his ass always...
but it might turn into a romance later but i still highly recommend it..and the fl isnt a snob and she doesnt have much screen time...so its still very much a action based super cool manga...
