t don't get why everyone's hating the brother. Isn't this reaction expected since it's been shown since the beginning that he really do cares about his sister, like a lot?
While he does the same thing she's doing, he knows that it's not exactly right and he know the possible consequences. And so he's reacting different when it comes to her because he's worried that the said consequences will happen to her
And remember that it's different back then, while men can have mistresses and have the image tarnished, they can survive because they still have their inheritance. However, it's not the same thing with women. They need to get married because they usually only receive a piece of the inheritance. If women's image in the noble society gets tarnished, she might never marry which will be unfortunate for her. While men have their titles and inheritance, women needs a partner and to get that they need to protect their image, they cannot be tarnished nor included in any scandal.
Let's all open our heads instead of being led to by emotions, let's take into account that the times back then is different from todays. While he's not a perfect brother, we can't deny that he cares about her and only worries that something bad may happen to her.

I just feel like the side characters doesn't have much personality aside from being head over heels for the MC. The story needs a little something, it needs FLAVOR.

I’m still confused abt her dad & bro but i re-checked the chps and she mentioned her father & bro AFTER they decided to adopt her. I think the main reason they adopted her was bc they wanted to protect her (bc they wanna help her but since she’s a cat, she wont be safe unless she’s backed by their fam or smth). The thing with dad and bro is still confusing for me bc it seems like the duke knows them but later chps he goes on abt how the name “Icarus” is related to the legend/myth with the goddess or smth (w/c makes me think that if he finds them mysterious then maybe he doesnt know them enough to be indebted)
maybe i’m just too tired with other complicated plots, since i read basically everything lol. fantasy, action, drama, and whatsoever. seeing something cliche but done beautifully is refreshing. and the art style is too kawaii. i dont read this for the plot. i read this for the cute fam ahhaha. yes, i do have so many questions like how can she be adopted this easily and whatnot but again, i dont wanna use too much of my head. i want something chill hahaha
