I started reading this 2 days ago and all i can say is holy fuck, I love it when a story actually has a story. It's a beautiful story, I'm really glad that Geom was finally able to break free from his life after the kidnapping and start a new life together with the man that kept him going no matter how miserable his life has become. Reading through the tragedy he experienced was hard and if you check the other comments, yes the r*pe scenes were.. very graphic. It did make me uncomfortable, but the way the author depicted it was one that made me not click away. Everytime it happens, It shows a feeling of silence. Even if Geom was depicted to be screaming, there wasn't any dialogue and the background was black. It felt like no matter how hard he screams, no one was able to hear his voice. It's really scary to think that these situations doesn't only exist in fiction, but they happen in real life right as well. I believe that this story isn't just a love story, but also one that would raise awareness of the existence of sex trafficking. Reading this, I felt like getting a slap from reality. I do advice to those with a weak heart to read with caution, the themes are really deep but overall it is definitely a good read.
END ??? NOOO I NEED MOREEE
