My strategy is to google 明日はどっちだ! + number of the chapter to see reviews from japanese BL blogs like bl-magazine and umi-hotaru. The translation is a little confusing but while reading each part and each page I can overall understand what the chapter is about and what kind of conversation the characters are talking.
