It's popular in Japan, even achieving sales with over 10 million copies, but internationally it's not as popular. It's soooo underated outside Japan. This story is heavy on dialogue (the MC is a yapper lol) so I hope you don't mind.
Everytime an author decided to make the slave character an antagonist or at least potray them in a bad way, especially in contrast to the rich protagonist, it's a no go for me. This is why I'll never read Remarried Empress. I also dropped Death Is The Only Ending For The Villainess because on how they potrayed Eckles' character, especially compared......
Woowon deserved better. The readers are cowards for not bringing up nor ignoring Seoan raping Woowon but what do you expect, really.
They're colorists to their fellow Filipinos who are noticeably darker and having white skin as a beauty standard, it's no surprise that they like saying the n-word. Oh, and they're obviously racist too by saying that.
