if it's this one, from what I know is that they are both saintess, it's just that our FL has a higher ability for it. The other girl, from what I know, isn't evil but just pressured because she is currently going through the typical "otome-game-commoner-x-prince" sort of route in the magic academy she's forced to attend. I think in one of the latest chapters with the noble girl explains more.
