I'm looking for a yaoi manga. The MC was confessed to by the other guy in college. Even though the MC is gay he rejects the other guy because he doesn't want to come out. Years later the MC is divroced had to sell his apartment and moves into a new flat. Turns out that the other guy is a neighbour and he has a roommate who doesn't kno that he's gay. The MC blackmails the other guy into having sex. He outs him at some point. But the MC comes to term with his sexuality and there is a happy ending.

I finally figured out why there are so many guys with "weak health" e. i. asthma attacks in childhood, passing out from an ordinary cold etc. (of course the love interest has to come with some cold medicine and food).
Shonen ai and Yaoi suffers from a serious tuberculosis outbreak! Get your significant other some serious antibiotics and no weak ass cold medicine! And he has to be in isolation. Don't worry, you can stay with him ;)
