Yes, you can buy chapters. I looked into paying for it, but it was a lot as the chapters went on (they charge more for newer ones). I would have had to pay fifty bucks to be current. But if your budget is up to that, go for it. I'd have paid 20 to read em.
I was actually really interested in buying some of the chapters myself. If there are a few of us, would you guys be interested in working with the translator? It'd cut down on costs!

Yeah, I figured I can wait each week for the unlocking, or see if they do some huge sale in future where it would be cheaper to see the remaining chapters (ie, not fifty bucks).

In the corner of the grayscale thumbnail for each locked chapters, there's a little red tab with a lock symbol, an arabic number, and some Korean. The Korean basically says there are "# Days Until Unlocking."
