I'm just wondering if they're actual living people even if they're inside a game scenario. Do they have free will and ability to think or every actions made by them the system's doing. Does anyone know if she will live her whole life inside the game or will she go back to her world?

Unfortunately it doesn't (from what i remember at least) it's less of a god and more of a magic system taking the most conveniently situated soul to fill another vacant body. I say this because Penny basically told her guilty brothers in spirit(?) form that she doesn't want to have anything to do with them and goes back to the game world.

They don't know she's vibing in the otome game, what they know is that they've treated her so badly, her chronic stomach aches turned cancerous. They're torn by guilt and reflect on their past actions though, so they stay by her side at the hospital and vow to treat her better once she comes back. Paralleling her life in the game world.
I don't really like it when fl always get saved by the ml, can't she just speak up for herself and spray it on herslef, seems dumb
The floor didn't like it either when the ML tried to help her. As you can see, she got mad when he tried to
LMAO I GOT SO CONFUSED FOR A SECOND, im guessing that autocorrect turned fl into floor (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
She's dawdling too much, she could've just sprayed it on herself before coming to the party so people would smell it then show the perfume. The best way to advertise is to use it on herself ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ or the author just doesn't know how to make a better scene that doesn't sounds dumb. The art is topnotch but the way the story is told just doesn't have that much charisma
