Well because this manga is licensed, so only the company that serialized it has the right to translate it into English. Any other person or scanlation team that translates it into English is technically breaking the law. The person who scanned it had already posted that they had gotten the mangaka upset by translating the first 2 chapters already. So the person who did this scanlation had asked that nobody post up the rest of the chapters that she did scanlate. However it got posted on here so to avoid legal trouble is choosing to drop it.
